1. What has happened is one of the devs who has control of part of the pre-mine has either been hacked or is selling.
2. We are unable to contact but have left several messages.
3. The site is completed and was due to release early in the next few hours we have put a hold on that given what has taken place.
4. This is NOT a planned exit or scam, we stood to make a whole lot more money by running the site and having the coin grow naturally it was trading strongly at $4 before this happened and probably would have hit $8-10 when we went live, so if we are doing a planned exit scam it is the most pathetic one in history. Nor would we be bothering to try and explain what has happened.
5. Our only hope is 2 of 2 things. 1. The Dev has been hacked and we can recover the majority of coins or 2. We can contact him and have him send the remainder of the pre-mine and personal and still run the site without a massive amount of unaccounted for CRDNC on the market. Should either of these things happen we would be in good shape but I do not hold out much hope at this stage.
6. Want to apologize to all investors and believers in this project, this was NEVER MEANT TO HAPPEN and after spending weeks and weeks getting the site ready to have this happen is so wrong it is unfathomable.
7. Can only offer sincere apologies and understand your anger and frustration and if there is anyway we can salvage the remaining majority of coins we will get the project running.
So in summary, the following could potentially happen -
A. The Dev with coins was hacked and if that is the case, we will recover all remaining coins and secure them in a public wallet or just burn them.
B. We can still operate the site but with the knowledge that there are around 2.2M of coins not accounted for.
C. Wait to hear what happened if the other Dev replies and what the status is of the coins.
It makes zero sense to just dump some pre-mine just before site launch and potential price gains so like you, are at a total loss as to why and how this has happened, once again apologies and if there is anything positive news wise you will be the first to know. This is not and was never intended to be an exit scam, if it was it is the worst performed one in history. Some of us had family and friends and even workmates invested in this project, not to mention the honest general public and words cannot describe the humiliation and embarrassment and regret felt right now.
If there is anything to update that is positive will do so ASAP.

They even invested their saved money for 6months. my other friend even borrowed money from the bank just to believe your project.
It is inhumane if you're doing this. I hope you will revive back this project..

My friends are rekt so well as me. I believe this project for a long time. We believe. You made a good community.remember. Money is not about making people. Making money with good is everything all about.

You gave bad advice to your friends then. Why would you tell anyone to invest MORE than they are WILLING TO LOSE? Why would someone invest their savings betting on 1 coin project?
First rule of investing into anything: NEVER INVEST ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO LOSE.
God does not exist, stop believing in fairytales.
I only invested what I am willing to lose. I have already taken out 4x the amount I originally invested and I am still very confident this platform will go to the moon. This is just a small blip in the long run.

Guys, i am having a hard time getting the credence wallet to sync. It seems to be stuck in "out of sync" with 0 active connections.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When you started the wallet, did you allow it to accept incoming and outgoing connections?
Are you on a connection where some ports might be blocked?
Only things I could think of really, because all of these QT wallets should be made so simple nowadays.

its not showing my correct balance, and does show all my transactions, but one of the transactions shows the amount split and going to another unknown address and on my wallet it has this address labeled as "change". my wallet shows the correct amount, but can someone help me figure this out? im using the block explorer to keep track of my balance. you can pm me so we dont fill up this thread.

You probably mined the block at the same time someone else did, so you are kind of "fighting" for it. One of you will get the coins in the next 30 block confirmations. If you do not get the coins, you will retain your weight and keep increasing it until you get your reward. At least that is how I understood it would work.

Lol really ? At the moment the order book for CRDNC on coinexchange.io looks like dogcrap compared to mercatox, where's the volume ? I thought ya'll talking this up to be listed on another exchange would be a good thing... seems like there is a standard home base for CredenceCoin and it ain't coinexchange.io

1. Credence Coin does not currently run any ads anywhere. The growth has only been organic, but the amount of people that this community has now compared to the beginning is amazing. Found this thread when it had like 9 pages and I was surprised they were not advertising. I am not sure if I even want them to start advertising at this point, since it might ruin the community if we suddenly get a ton of people that are not familiar with all of the 110 pages of this thread with all of the dev updates etc. On the other hand, might be a good thing since more people = more demand and CRDNC is a very low supply coin at this point, so this might pump up the price really fast.
2. The platform has not been released yet, so I am guessing this might be holding some of the large whales back.
3. It barely just released on Coinexchange, just give it time.

EDIT: The total supply is very low compared to other coins, considering the developers destroyed/burned 1.8 MILLION COINS, which is GREAT for people that have coins!

I've seen the power of a HODL community and it was pretty amazing.

Hi, looks like a really cool project. How do I start mining this? I have only tried mining bitcoin before, but no idea how to mine altcoins.
