The entire solar system has only 10x07 more atoms than earth? I find that hard to believe is there a source for these numbers?

Those transactions are considered dust and it would not be possible to send them unless Bitcoin value rises significantly.

EDIT: Dooglus is a  Canadian resident so I don't know why you're mentioning the FBI.

You should be using sha512hmac() it's designed for seed-key combinations.
