Ok you might get the upwork account approve but what is the grantee that it will not be banned. I have seen few comments here which says that such accounts get after some time. Do you give any grantee or grace period and willing to refund if ban occurs ?

The cases you heard about getting banned is when the approved person does not follow upwork TOS. From my approved accounts, none has been banned because the approvalmethod used.
