As per RBI they are in favour of blockchain technology. In future for better use of blockchain RBI may regulate crypto currencies. Secondly Few exchanges have started peer to peer model for exchange of BITCOINS, in INDIA. So technology will give the boost in India economy also.

SO many minning apps are available on playstore, but i think most of them are fake, and givving nothing. Freebitcoin and freedoge coin app on playstore is providing very few btc and doge coin but in long run.

Yes it can be said that bitcoin is not an independent or decentralized currency. In different way it can be said that it is the digital way of carrying the fiat currency, it may be usd, yen, euros, inr etc. And exchange rates can be seen on the internet.
Bitcoin price has so many fluctuations because it is still in development phase and nascent stage. There are many news and rumors around the legality of bitcoins. Common man is getting to know about bitcoin and thinking about investing in it. Hence in future it is going to give huge profits. Bitcoin is being adopted very fast as main stream and people believe in 5 years it shall become mainstream.
At present conditions almost all altcoins have fallen more than 200%. But this is nit the case with bitcoin. It is safe to put the stakes into bitcoin, still it has most reliability on the market.

In money larger the risk associated larger the profit and losses. Make yourself more informative about crypto news that may help you to judge the market fluctuations. In intraday only bitcoin market fluctuated about $500. So more informative and research may help you.

Actually India is not understanding the concept of decentralized financial system. It is assumed that money will not be in the control of the Government. The financial institute is also assuming tax evasion like activity. If India will regulate it would be a great news for crypto lovers.

So, what is the current status of the CoinSecure story?
Coinsecure is asking more time for refunds, as they are saying bank is not allowing transactions for cryptocurrency. So at this time they wont be able to transfer money and they want more time. They are asking bankers to allow transactions. What is running is not clear.

RBI ban has been challenged in supreme court and there may be chance of hearing dated 11 September. That may be crucial for all. As blockchain technology is already welcomed by INDIA now what will happen with regulations, will future decide.

Up to certain extant (I think it is Rupees 2,50,000) no need to file any income tax return. Government of India has exempted this low income category from filing of Income Tax Return.
You say you do not have any income tax return. It means you must be falling under this category.
So I am unable to understand how some company can force to provide you Income tax return. Though they may ask for kyc. They are not an institution giving any loan / financing you. Just for refund asking ITR is really very disturbing factor.

If they want ,then you can File the ITR for nil or zro tax also. You can fill for 2017-18 year ,Date has beed extended for 31 August.
They are asking ITR-V as a document for taking loans from banks. As intentions are not clear regarding payment process. They have taken so much of time and did not repay my amount. If some body also provide ITR-V then that is not of any use for them, income tax department is going to set the inquiry so no any issues.

In India bitcoin income is taxable under 20% tax slab of profit. Another clauses are also there for keeping less than one year or more than one year. At present Indian central bank has banned any transactions on cryptocurrencies. So any income is taxable in INDIA.

It's great that Belgium is faster than other countries developing in the adoption of the crypto currency. I am confident that this process will go ahead in other countries. But explain, what are the advantages of using bitcoin ATMs?
