I do not think Taxation is kind of Thievery
It could be used for good like financing social welfare
However if it is corrupted then it is called thievery

Re: When will Religions die?
by
kurniawaN

Religions made a lot of damage to human beings and our world in general. I'm not talking only about Islam, but every kind of religion, more or less, caused lots of problems.

I'm sure they will end. They won't last forever. But how will they end?

Which could the scenario that leads to their disappearance?

First, people made a lot of damage, not religion.
Second, a lot people, inspired by faith, did many great things for humanity like serving the poor, ill, homeless people etc.
They even opened the hospitals, schools, started charities...
Lastly, if man created religion, it will disappear.
If God created religion, it will last forever.

I agree with Daniel that People is the one who is causing problems not Religion.
And I also agree religion could inspire people do more good deeds.

But religion is also addictive, when used to do things in the name of creator

Makin kesini para newbie makin bingung
Secara teori kalo Peminat (Demand) Tinggi sedangkan stop terbatas (supply) maka harga akan naik.
Setelah segwit diharapkan biaya transaksi (mining fee) bisa berkurang.
Tingginya biaya transaksi ditentukan oleh kepadatan jaringan bitcoin

Re: Why most terrorist are Muslim?
by

on 19/06/2017, 05:46:43 UTC
Christians have 10 commandments that were made by Moses. No one can kill another. I am guessing this is why there is no terrorist group which is depicted by christian doctrine.
These commandement are not Christian. Is is Jewish. Moses is not Christian.
Though the root of Christianity, Catholicity, and Islam is based on Jews.
I would say the conflict and terrorism are not because of the religions. In both Christianity and Muslim Quran, violence and killing are condemned.

I guess bad people only using religion to cover up their mistakes.

Re: New rich people thanks to BTC

Unfortunately, I entered this exciting bitcoin world quite late and by now it is not so easy to purchase as many bitcoins as it was at the beginning.

However I am hoping that we are still at the beginning of this new era and bitcoin still has a lot to grow, so I will continue to accumulate the few bitcoins I can save while the price is still relatively accesible, even though perhaps only early adopters will have an enviable wealth that I will never be able to reach.

I start saving BTC quite late too...
But better being late than never. I even scrapping BTC penny by penny

Re: i think bitcoin will not be common for small transcitions
by

I agree if the transaction fee is larger than the value of transaction, it won't work for small transaction.
For example I need to pay the game at Steam using Bitcoin valued $10, while the transaction fee is almost 0.001 BTC almost equal to the value for bought product.

I wish this high transaction fee problem could be resolved or the use of bitcoin mostly will be used as asset or securities only

Re: Restaurants accepting bitcoin!
by

The main thing is that the commission does not cost more than the order. Yes, and wait for confirmation of the BTC for a long time a dubious pleasure.

Exactly waiting for the operation is not too happy. It's not interesting for me to wait in the restaurant for several hours until payment arrives, if I'm very hungry.

I agree with this. Customer won't be happy waiting the network confirmation.
Not to mention the cost paying with bitcoin is high right now.
To get transaction confirmed within few block cost 0.0013

I do not think there is correlation between bitcoin and middle-east countries.
It is simply because supply and demands that push and pull bitcoin prices

Re: Tell me a secret: any way to earn 0.1 BTC per week?
by
kurniawaN
on 05/06/2017, 15:35:57 UTC
0.1 per week is like a minimum wage is some poor contries, or more...
There's no secret, just work or create something new and useful and put people working for you.

0.1 BTC now more than minimum wages for developing countries.
Trading is the way to earn bitcoin or start additional job like selling online Cheesy

I do not believe fiat can ever be replaced as the government exist.
The government could ban bitcoin so the value of bitcoin could drop to non existent to one's country

Re: Young people should go all in on bitcoin
by
kurniawaN
on 05/06/2017, 14:10:52 UTC
Forget about everything else and just put everything on bitcoin. You are living with your parents, they pay everything for you, you got nothing to lose. If I was living with my parents, I would save everything and buy bitcoin monthly. If BTC doesn't keep rising you can still reach the 21 BTC holder group, then save this and retire in 10 years when the price makes you a millionaire.

Go all in on regret later. You are on a privileged position to profit from high risk high reward moves. No risk no win, and BTC is the best long term high risk bet.

Agree, you have a point. Although you said 'go all in', it doesn't matter for those who still rely on their parents as I'm in the same position. Anyone could mention their thoughts, but in the end each one of us have to decide it by ourselves. However, I've been trying to divide what I get into bitcoin and fiat money about 70:30. Bitcoin as my long term investment (70%) and fiat money to cover my daily expenses, just in case as backup plan.
I agree with this idea.
Bitcoin is long term investment. Though I can't afford investing 70% of my money since i am living on a boarding house.
Let say at least 25% for Bitcoin
