Fortunejack, Kweniboo has been a great player at the casino, she also had an earlier big withdrawal (i think she had won 180 btc in that instance) where you guys took i think 2 weeks to payout. It can be frustrating when people win twice and have to go through the same situation again. Maybe this time you should speed up the process so that her faith is renewed. I am sure she has lost a fair bit to FJ as well in the past, as i saw her name on biggest losers at least two or three times. You should probably release some part of the funds to her and do it bit by bit if releasing the whole 50 BTC is going to be a problem, especially if you have to get it from cold wallet or somewhere else. I feel for her as a player because even i would not want to go through the same issue twice. Hope you understand

Edit: Kweniboo just to add, when you have any issues with FJ, email them directly on support@fortunejack.com instead of using the web contact form. In my experience, they seem to have some problem with the web form as they don't seem to get any information from there. I have always written to them on support@fortunejack.com and get a reply maximum within 24 hrs, if not sooner.

i was playing queen of the nile II there was not jackpot win, it was won by raising my coin value as i won a lil, i remember my last few bets before withdrawal.. my coin value was .5 per coin, making it 1-2 btc per spin. my loyalty points built up in that round of game went up to 6.8 btc, so u can imagine how much playthrough and bets i made in order to reach that much.
I also think kweniboo should receive his money faster than the last time. It is clear he(or she) is not a cheater but is just a very lucky player. I myself play on FortuneJack and I am very content. But giving out this kind of high-wins to players quickly is always good for the reputation for the casino.

FJ let me withdraw out of my account to my bitcoin wallet instantly. now i feel more confident depositing to play knowing that i'll always get my win and yes they are fair, they didn't give me a hard time. i deposited .5 btc, the whole time, playing only buffalo stampede. I started off betting really low and got almost all buffalos so it gave me 4btc. i kept playing because with more than enough credits to lose, i was able to keep the game going. I slowly raised my bet as i won more. The highest peak was 20 something bitcoin then everything went downhill, nothing would hit, but when it did, none of my wins were more than my bet. i still kept my bet the same (max bet 0.1/line) and down to my last bitcoin, it hit the big one.

These past couple of days I've been continuously messaging them to see what's going on and the updates on my pending withdrawal but they're still unresponsive. Within this time, I've deposited almost 7 bitcoins, but didnt even receive a single bitcoin from my withdrawal request from them. I feel like they are a fraud and will try to come up with an excuse to not give me my win.
The game I was playing was Aristocrat's Bluffalo Stampede, and that's a very hard to win slot game, but when you do win and hit all buffalos, that's when it pays out. Believe me, each of my spin was from half a bitcoin to a couple biitcoins to reach that high of a jackpot win. I'm very disappointed to not hear a single thing from them as if they're purposely avoiding them. That's why I'm reaching out on here.
