It is obvious that bitcoin is the determiner of the prices for all the other coins in the crypto market. A change in the price of bitcoin significantly affect the prices of almost all the coins. Bitcoin nowadays has been experiencing price decrement and this has had a negative impact on the altcoins.

Re: Do you panic?
by

it should be understood that if you invest in ICO or participate in the bounty then there is no reason for panic if the price for the current moment has fallen below the price of the ICO. We have at least 6 months to see the project show its vitality and development. during this time the price will recover. Perhaps we will get less profit, but we will not merge our investments into zero on a panic

This is exactly so. Investing in ICOs today will not grant you the profit today. The project is now coming to be vitalized and put in place. After the initiation of the project there that we start to profit from our investment. I have named ICOs investment as invest for you future.

Re: Fake volume in exchanges

I don't think there's much we can do about these exchanges since none of them are regulated. However, you can still try well know exchange like Binance, majority of the community already doing transactions there and they don't have any accusation of infating their volumes on them.

You know it is quite unfortunate that these things are happening. I see it to be as a result of no regulatory body in the crypto market. It has become like you each exchange site has its own way of fixing volumes. Binance is the one i like using and recommend for others too.

Fiat is very important and relevant to cryptocurrency as far as investment, and transactions are concern. Fiat is the original currency we used before the inception and invention of cryptocurrency. I think some things fiat can do cryptocurrency may not be able to be used for that purpose and all of this help strengthen the crypto market.

Electricity is very vital as far as bitcoin and cryptocurrency mining is concern. Bitcoin mining consumes a lot of energy which in one way or the other adversely affect our environment and increases tariff too. Energy are force to be produced to meet the demand of high energy consumption by the mining machines. It is good the the 4new project has come which aim at solving this energy crisis in crypto mining and the hazard we are exposed to during energy production.

We all really want to make bitcoin stand. Investing in bitcoin is very good and we all ought to do so. I believe Satoshi Nakamoto knew that a time will come that people will be eager to invest in his invention.

It is good that people have the idea of investing for their future. And people have come to know more about cryptocurrency investment. If you really want to invest then the time is now and you should invest wisely by not putting all your money in one cryptocurrency. It is better to split your investment. Investing in one project or currency is very risky and this is what people normally do and cry at the end.

The thing is that those who speculate the death of bitcoin do so to scare people to sell their bitcoins at a cheaper rate and they themselves buy and hold it. After their false speculation, they try to circulate the good news about bitcoin for people to buy it at a higher price. We have to be vigilant and firm not to be swerved by their false news.

Re: Your investment strategy?

My strategy is to wait for the collapse of the market. So I can get off the cheap price and sell at high prices. But just a reminder not easy to wait and may increase you will sink further. So you should take a lot of patience because it can happen to you.

If you are waiting for the crypto market to collapse then i guess you are not ready to invest because the market is not going to collapse. You may wait and the prices will pump again so its better you adopt a new strategy and start investing now.

Re: Bitcoin fees
by

How are the Bitcoin fees for transactions compared to the fees for ethereum ? I researched about the fees, but I would like to know  perspectives for future, and how different coins are basing their fees. I know both coins have a huge growing potential, which is good, but the down side is related to the fees.

Transacting with the use of bitcoin have bigger fees compared to Ethereum but that is if you are sending to an external wallet. To avoid those high fees there is a way of doing that. And that is to use one and the same web-wallet host website. For example like coins.ph if you transfer bitcoins to other users using the same site there are no fees but if you are going to send it to external wallets then that is the time that you will pay the huge transaction fees.

Yea bitcoin transaction fee is higher as compared to the transaction fee for ethereum. I think the transaction fees is a fixed something that they have programmed the sites depending on the amount you are transacting. I will try your approach and see if it will work our for me.

Why will people be speculating bad news about bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin is now growing and improving more than it was previously. Bitcoin has come to stay and everything shows that bitcoin is not bouncing back and it will not.

I strongly agree with you. Like bitcoin, Litecoin has been appreciating since its inception. Looking at the market trend now, anytime bitcoin rises, it does so with litecoin and litecoin rises without bitcoin rising.

You ought to buy some authentic and reliable altcoins now if and only if you have the money to buy. This is the time to get it at an affordable price. I really do not understand why people want to wait and see the market rising before investing.

Looking at the market trend of some altcoins, litecoin is likely to follow the suite of bitcoin. Bitcoin has ruled the cryptocurrency for quite too long and still in the lead. Litecoin has been gaining feet day in day out.

If digital currency like bitcoin is not regulated it could be used wrongfully. People have the tendency to use it to acquire ammunitions and other illicit drugs which is prohibited in the various countries.

Hello all.

The current situation of the market is not so good. I believe that some of you are panic, some are giving up, some holding to die.  Cry

Could you please share with us your current investment strategy so that everybody can learn from your good practices and overcome this tough time?

The way the crypto market is going, people are really losing some sort of interest in cryptocurrency but I must say that there is no need to panic. What I normally do as far as crypto investment is concern is that i don't invest in only one coin. I spread my investment across. Also I invest in ICOs.
