I'm interested! As for the poll above, I probably need all three, but programming always seem too cumbersome for me, hence I'm about to start learning.

I think as a matter of trust, you guys could secure your site. It's a platform for financial transactions, I would rather feel more safe when it's firmly safe than not. It will always be worth it from your own end.

Holding will work if you know the facts and trends of your invested fields compared to what's happening right now. that may be hard to read and scratch against each other, but you could tell more closely if your chosen coins have a some track record in their existence. You have nothing to fear if they're strong.

Just hold. If you're thinning out, then you could harvest your smaller short term crops, but for bitcoin, it is here to stay. Mind you there are no known investments that the ongoing shake up does not happen to, eventually. cos if you look at markets, you would see these continuous various degree of fluctuations. Hold your investments in the strongest and cash in if you would on the smaller runs. Make your findings though on your chosen small guys, take your decisions and actions, and then see what happens. the total outcome will even help you in the world of investing.

Your best bet is to look toward the direction of BTC and ETH. The two hold the highest first and second positions respectively in best investment grounds. Though long term, you have a stronger assurance and safety with them than others.
So it seems your newness tends to dictate you should go for long term investment to avoid losing money, that's safe. If you're looking at investing in short term profits, you'll have to be careful cos you don't even know who's who.

I think you should look into some of the top ten today. They are already deployed and running in strong systems, and hence economies. They vary, so you could choose those that pick your interest:
- Bitcoin Cash
- Ethereum
- Dogecoin
- Litecoin
- Ripple XRP
- Stellar XRM

I would say cash out if you would, since you already have these fears, but leave a starters buy-in in the strongest soil. You never would know what may come up. So allow the amount that wouldn't get at you much for a loss if the worse happens. You are at no loss at much if it's a little. You only have your finger to bite in regret when you see others in their days of happy hour. Moreover, consider such giant individuals, companies and some economies that have taken big leaps into crypto. You wouldn't be losing as much as they, if it all finally comes crashing. But I very much doubt that, cos if you look at how this field has made a lot of "nothings" sizable giants and wise, you wouldn't mind being one too, would you?

You know that feature of consistent but wide occurence cycle that happens in business world, of depression in economies, which affects everything in buying and selling. Well, that's the same thing that's happening in the cryptoworld. But people are afraid because this is about the first time a somewhat major one is happening, so uncertainty and fear of the unknown is in the air. But bear in mind, it doesn't mean it's the end, no. The jump will still come around. It may only make thing's a little more stable, as in the hype of some existing prices and new blocks may not be, instead a more stable "economy" might dictate price behaviours. So, I'll advise investors to stay put even in this year 2019: it's an opportunity to buy into promising grounds. New investors will have open doors too.
Is it a good idea in your opinion for me to wait for ethereum price to increase so I can sell it and move the money to more alt coins or should I just move the current amount of ethereum to other altcoins right now? 
I would advise you split your eggs in two - a decisive percentage, take one part and invest in altcoin and leave the remaining part in ethereum. Ethereum has a long time investment yield. I heard of someone who left his investment in it and then had well over 1000% return in four years, from a friend who pulled his own out months after and then found out years after about this long time investor who's a millionaire now from this. But I would tell you though that, you should make your deep findings and ask the most questions about where to invest in, to get it right. All the best.
