How to trade commodities in a blockchain platform?

Presently, Commodities are divided into three categories:
Hard
Soft
Energy
Commodity trading faces a lot of impediments, such as:
Time Delay in Trading
Non-transparency in accounts
Unspecified Tracking
Document Verification while importing/exporting
And more..
What else do you think is the problems/challenges faced by commodity trading today?
I think we should take this to NewzoneEX as they are planning to shift from metal commodity trade to creating a blockchain based commodity trading platform.

It is difficult to assess the market right now. When people stop using ETH as the utility it loses value even further. Tokens like New Zone Tokens will be used in commodities platform every day, thereby being independent of the market fluctuations.

As for any investments, the longer you hold, higher the value of the product. Cryptos are like wine, the longer you hold, the more value it has. For example, Bitcoin. People who bought it 5 years ago, today have become millionaires. When they bought at $100 a coin, they didn't think it will increase 100 times in 5 years. The same thing is going to happen with a token called New Zone Tokens. They are going to use in commodities trading which has been in existence since man was born. Since the tokens will be used every day, the value of it will increase further.
Right now, it seems that the crypto world and block chain technology has a lot of potential, but is the crypto world here to stay? Not just bitcoins per se, but other virtual currencies as well like altcoins or litecoins and such. Do you think we will still hear about and use cryptocurrencies for the next, say 5-10 years?
Cryptocurrency is here to stay. However, the intentions must be clear and should be the game changer. E.g. I saw a post about New Zone Tokens who are building a commodity trading platform with cryptocurrencies. I used to be in the business of commodities, and it is plagued with issues. With a blockchain based and crypto-powered trading platform, the commodity trading industry will be disrupted.

Recently I came across blockchain based commodity trading platform and it got me thinking. How many here think, something like this will be useful and work out for the crypto world?
