Re: Why is gambling so addicting?
by
lakisis
on 01/01/2017, 20:03:47 UTC
Gambling can make you really addicted aspects it has, but different people also have different reason in my opinion.

Just the fact someone can also be gambling because they have a lot of regret or something right ?
I think the reason that is happening in the most cases, is that its enjoying and get sucked because of that in it.

Re: Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?!
by
lakisis
on 01/01/2017, 20:01:23 UTC
People do not believe in the bitcoin itself anymore they think it will collapse  soon or later, its also in fact that these people are just hating because most likely they lose a lot of money.
Another group of people just want to say this to create panic in the bitcoin community to influence the bitcoin price.

Re: Signature Campaigns: Worth The Time?
by

on 01/01/2017, 19:54:41 UTC
Signature campaigns can be really profitable and I think most people on the forums are doing this in fact.
The signature campaigns are time taking for sure but it will give you back bitcoins for free and this is pretty nice, and its also pretty fast if you compare it with other free methods right ?

Internet marketing is the most important thing that people need to do to make there company successful for sure.
I think if you do not have internet marketing as a company these days you will get destroyed by your competitors.

Indeed this is true, company's need a lot of internet market they even stay alive these days.
The fact is even that internet marketing is now more important for company's than mouth to mouth advertising.
You can now already see how many company's are depending on the digital web world if you ask me.

Re: Gambling for a living or a living for Gambling?
by
lakisis
on 30/12/2016, 22:09:39 UTC
I prefer living for gambling because I only gamble in my spare time for the enjoyment and to spend some hours when I'm alone.
If you do the opposite it means almost that you are addicted if I'm honest because the fact is that you will gamble for your living and that is almost not possible.
This is of course not possible because you need luck there is always a chance you will lose.

Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever
by
lakisis
on 30/12/2016, 21:59:54 UTC
You should not sell bitcoins on this moment, if you wan to sell them so bad you should wait a couple months and see what the halving is gonna do.
If the halving is good you will make a lot of profit if this is not the point you will most likely makr normal profit.
So what I could consider is waiting a couple months.

Re: The Halving - Good or Bad for Bitcoin?
by
lakisis
on 30/12/2016, 21:55:15 UTC
The halving will be good in most predictions but it can also unwraps itself as a real disaster a lot of people will get disappointed if the price will not rise at all.
The possibility is there so it could happen that the price will not rise and it can even collapse because of the bitcoin although I'm thinking its gonna rise of course.
Another thing is that miners will have some hard times for sure because mining is gonna be a lot more difficult.

I think that gambling is so addictive because it is your instinct to try win back the money you lost, and then you just keep losing.
Yes thats what just happened to me. I won alittle but then the other bet I had that was 0.001btc more lost. So I placed another bet on another game to recoup the loss of the winnings that I could of had. Sounds weird huh but in the heat of the moment you are frustrated so you do anything to win it back .

Re: BITDICE CASINO - 100BTC MAX WIN, WAGERING CONTEST! 1ST PRIZE 1 BTC ENDS JAN 2ND
by
lakisis
on 28/12/2016, 11:36:09 UTC

I as well also following that hack me bounty thread. Someone accept the challenge it is UGMZ. He said we will give him a month in order to penetrate bitdice system. I hope he will find a hole in bitdice system in order to aware bitdice that their system is not secured and some pro hackers can penetrate and do some coding to their system to steal money from them. Anyways Good Job bitdice for making your security strict and for now not hackable.
The fact that that bounty hacker will require a month to crack bitdice security to try and penetrate is already a proof that bitdice has done a good job in implemwnting a very secure security in their site. It'll be nice to see what that bounty hunter will be able to do after a month. I'll follow him and see if he'll be able to crack bitdice security.
Yes, usually hackers will not prefer long attempts (they do want quick results or they will move on to next things) so, literally we are already in safe with respect to bitdice's security systems and measurements.

I always do check that topic for update till date, bitdice's ideas are proven as rock solid against hackers.
Those hackers who give up are not often as expert hackers those with low knowledge about hacking leave as they do not know the other methods while the expert hackers which you can see working on the hacking procedure till now know all the procedures and they continue their struggle till end. But with the device security system I am sure that no one is able and will be able to hack that account.

I very much doubt that Barclays will allow direct competition to it's institution as they probably have say who can give out grants that is funded by the government as we all know the banks fund their government.

Re: Is Holding Bitcoin a long time good way to make money?
by
lakisis
on 28/12/2016, 10:11:22 UTC
Consider holding can be good but I think right now its still insecure what the bitcoin will bring in the future.
I think we could better now short invest and maybe later at the end of this year make the decision to still sell our bitcoins or go long for it.

Right now holding is suggested and a good decision. Bitcoin price has fallen from the price near to $475. Now patience till May might give some good profit according to most users speculation.

what is so special in May? is it much more important than halving in July? as my point of view most users speculation focus on July, when the next halving will happen.
Because it is when spring is almost here and so are the hopes in a brighter future. So I can see why most people in their sane minds that is, would be optimistic for their views on bitcoins future growth in price.

Re: There is no life in Gambling can you accept this....??
by
lakisis
on 28/12/2016, 10:07:12 UTC
In gambling, there are more losers than winners. Gamble responsibly and never risk more than you can afford to lose.

If you lose everything in gambling, then gambling is obviously not for you. If you believe there is no life in gambling, then stop gambling and get a life.
I agree with that insight because the odds make sure that the bettor is distracted with trying to make profit instead of a wise choice a wager which is usually a lower winning amount if won.

Re: Bitcoin IS basically DESTROYED
by
lakisis
on 28/12/2016, 10:03:29 UTC
Bitcoin is basically destroyed now with 70% of the mining controlled by China, soon to be 98+%, and with Blockstream implementing their SegWit soft fork Trojan Horse so as Matonis admits can end up increasing the 21 million coins limit.

The entire ecosystem is headed for a clusterfuck.

I honestly believe this is the truth.  What is there to add ?

~CfA~

These Chinese people really wants to conquer all things that includes money.
They are really greedy, anywhere that there is money they come into it.

Like the Capitalist West have been doing for years? The Chinese took a opportunity when they saw it and they used it... How can you blame them? If the same scenario {cheap electricity} existed in

the USA, people would do the same. The USA can dominate the Bitcoin scene tomorrow... They just have to shift a small percentage of their war funding to Bitcoin mining and focus Silicon valley

development on ASIC chip manufacturing and they can dominate the scene. You chose your own battles...  Wink
The US has better things to do then to play around with this. Like fixing their country and policing other ones.
You think that Russia with Putin won't come to yours and kick the sh*t out of you if there wasn't some one standing in the way? Huh!? It is just like your rebuttal on bitcoin mining because there is an opportunity there to do it without any opposition to deter them from doing it. So there is free reign.
Scary isn't it .

Re: Is CHINA CONTROLLING Bitcoin?
by
lakisis
on 28/12/2016, 09:59:15 UTC
Well if they have overcrowded the mining environment that does not allow the smaller outfits to compete for the amount of coins available to mine. Then yes they are controlling how much is available across the board. Essentially hording all the available power to mine those coins available.

I am damn sure , no one is going to help you out for 1:1 untill and unless you move your price to adjust upto the level of a seller benefits . The buyer with some reversible payment system has to have a flexible range .
Agree with you on that. No one here will go 1:1 on this except if you a long time member with alot of positive trust from numerous trades for this payment processor. The most I have seen is +15% preev offered to clear deals like this.

If we gonna compare them with each other I think the bitcoin is much better but still much too small compared with the bitcoin itself.
The bitcoin could win in my opinion but it would take some time, because right there are also still too much people using and depending on the dollar.

Re: Sell Everything?
by
lakisis
on 27/12/2016, 22:01:43 UTC
No, selling everything would just not be smart, if you consider this with all kind of events that are upcoming this year.
The halving that is coming will let the price rise so you will lose profit when you are selling your bitcoins plus the bitcoin is getting bigger these days so that is also a reason to not sell the bitcoin at all.

Re: Is bitcoin better or paypal?
by
lakisis
on 27/12/2016, 21:57:22 UTC
They are both good, but I think we cannot compare them because they are both very different.
The bitcoin wants to be a real currency, Paypal just wants to be a pay method and is not a currency at all right ?
Overall I do like the bitcoin more because its faster and also more secure and cannot get limited.

Finally a guy that is exactly saying what I would say, I'm also thinking the same thing, you cannot compare this too.
The bitcoin is something to pay with and is something that wants to be a currency.
With paypal this not the case because its just a system that accepts money and convert them to other currency's.
I think overall there is no chance we can compare them because they are both doing different kind of stuff.

Re: OpenBazaar Opened , your first impressions ?
by

on 27/12/2016, 21:51:03 UTC
Right now, I saw the first store and I think its pretty nice, now everyone can start such a store and it also looks pretty fine.
The downside is only that you can get scammed if you make such a website and someone makes a look a like from your one and sell the same with lower prices in my opinion.
It will not happen fast of course but its possible for sure.
