no. best time to invest in ICOs is after 2x hardfork on 16 november. after that alt coins will regain their values and ICO will also gain value.
Litecoin was never dead. total market cap was built in 2017 which helped regain its potential value. it will rise to 100$.

in my opinion you should hold them because 1 out 100 airdrops may become huge like ripple. ripple was an airdrop and its the 4th largest crypto in the market

i find ICOs on smithand crown.it is very helpful and have reviews.
invest in alt coins as the ROI on best altcoins is more than BTC. ethereum rose bu 3000% from march to october. from 10$ to 300$ and BTC rose from 1500$ to 5800$. so can get a better ROI if you pick the best alts from the lot.
