To know you are in sync and mining properly, you can click "Leaderboard", look for your username, then click that row (to drill in).
Look for the Rig name.  If it says 100% healthy, its in sync.

If you are Out of sync, your error ratio in the leaderboard will rise > 50% of errors (probably to 99% errors). Also if in sync, the HPS will roughly agree with your in wallet getmininginfo hps.

One other tip:  Each miner that is inactive (IE not hashing) will display on the home page of the pool under "My Miners".  

If you want to mine solo, you need to unlock the wallet, although I recommend you to connect to Biblepay pool for this purpose.

You can also obtain rewards participating in Generic Smart Contract campaigns (which is the second reward you show in your post).

It is slightly possible (without knowing you specifics) that you mined on a fork.  But if you had a greater than 4000 balance for some time, that is unlikely.  Follow the steps on the "cleaning" guide and you should get things back on track.  I have seen a specific case where the steps had to be followed twice to achieve the results.

after install wallet 1.1.8.5 my balance go down from 203.000 ti 4.000 ( more or less ).I really don't understand whatz appened.
Now I install a new wallet on main pc with the wallet.dat backup stop at 31/1/2019 date where the balance is right.

So you received a PODC payment just now on block 50635? That's good news. This means that now your magnitude is >0 and the system should start accepting your shares in POW (heat mining) again. Just wait for a couple of blocks (or maybe hours) and see if your shares start rising on the pool. Errors on purepool are accumulated over 24 hours, so those will diminish slowly until tomorrow.
If the heat mining still doesn't work, check if your wallets are unlocked. You can easily see this with "getmininginfo", there should be "submitting solution" in the poolinfo and nothing like "invalid CPID" etc.
