What are the settings you use for VID and what mh/z
I'm running all miners @ 1152MHz with VID 14. This combination works perfectly. Miners report 695MHs and it's very close to "real" average hashrates too (anything between 660 to over 700MHs).
and what are the temperatures

34.67 / 64 / 49.33
These are pretty much the averages for most of my miners. I have two units however, which have higher temps (mainly the max temp shows readings of near 80C).
Also, these are located in cold storage, so ambient temperature is very low during the winter, which helps.

Why do you want to increase the speed?
It should increase in line with temperature based on my experience.
