hey guys! I've been working out for at least 3 times a week but I need someone to recommend a healthy diet or routine.
I can't help myself eat snacks when I'm at work since they provide it.
Can you guys give me any tips, that would be so appreciated! Thanks

Just eat whatever is in the pyramid table. Try to eat them in a week.

How many of you here are quite smart and great at many aspects of your life, but have difficulty talking to and meeting with women?

I'm just curious how many guys here are quite successful with crypto investing, but terrible with women. How are you planning to solve this situation for yourself?

No, I don't. In fact it's nice to talk to them sometimes.

Re: Patience is the key

As a matter of fact, it is very few number of noobs in the cryptocurrency business that understand the level at which patience is required and valuable in the business. I do tell my friends around me that wish to come in to the business “it’s only patience ones that would feed from the milk of a lion” . I bought some coins few weeks ago, which I decided to hold while it was dipping but I keep holding with zero fear and absolute patience. Presently, i’m In over 47% profit in all. My advice to my colleagues is all you need is buy into coins with good potential and relax even while it’s at dip. Trust me, you won’t live to regret anything if only you would be able to hold with patience. Thanks

Sometimes patience is not the key, sometimes we need to act for us to go further.

How as an individual can I know if the Earth is a sphere or a flat disc? What experiment can I do that doesn't involve trusting information from a 3rd party that would prove what the geometry really is?

Re: Why do people think that they can time the market?

No one is able to do this (timing the market) in traditional markets but everyone does try to do it both in traditional markets and in crypto. Why do people think that they're able to do this?

Is it because they think they can do it while no one else can? Let me know folks.

Just buy when everything is in red and sell if green.

Re: $500,000,000,000 got invested in Gold & Silver ????

At least nine cryptocurrency-focused hedge funds were shuttered in the first three months of 2018, Bloomberg reported Monday.

Indeed, only two of the top 25 cryptocurrencies by market cap saw gains in the first quarter of 2018, as previously reported. The overall market capitalization fell from $830 billion in early January to $251 billion last week.

----------------------

Stock markets are down -10% to -15% but Gold price is up +5% and Silver price is up +10%. See all the news and information....

I would still invest in crypto since I can get money here much faster.

The journey of bitcoin from 2009 to 2017 is very interesting. Although the stories of individuals(investors) are very interesting and motivational that how they initiated and what problems they faced at earlier stages.

In 2017 the number of businesses accepting bitcoin continues to increase. Where you see the bitcoin in 2018?

Today, people are just too afraid of crypto that it might go to zero. But I bet it won't.
