Well depends on what exchange you want to use, but since you're new, keep it as low as possible. and for your second question, there is none.

Easy, don't be scared of losing. Always keep in mind that losing is a part of winning. You see, if you treat every failure as a learning experience, then youll end up a winner.

Of course, as a trader I have been using technical indicators, the main reason why I use technical indicators is a reinforcement to my analysis.

Check out ApolloX!
What is ApolloX? ApolloX is a decentralized ecosystem connecting buyers and sellers with trust and efficiency, without information silo and commission fees. The ecosystem has three building blocks.
You should look out for ApolloX! Empowering Decentralized Global E-Commerce

If you're new to crypto game, then go for BTCitcoin, but both coin is strong, but Ethereum is more complicated that BTCitcoin since BTCitcoin is the most widely accepted coin and the most popular, so newbies should at least know the essence of BTCTC

I use my Ethereum for 3 major reason, first, for short-term trades, for me, Eth/alt markets is looking great. second, for ICO investment, third, is for long-term hodling, because I believe Ethereum will continue to grow.

I am using Binance Exchange platform, and I find trading there great, because of low fees and decent daily trading volume. Regarding charts, I mostly use Binance's chart (the advance setting), but sometimes I also use tradingview, in tradingview you can use more tools and also alarms.

Re: 11 Mistakes you should never do in crypto trading✌✌
1/ Don't be so greedy,as something is better than nothing. If you get 10% profit then try to sell out and exit.Otherwise you will lose all your money if you want more than 10%.
Your explanation is lacking, someone might misunderstand this. Being greedy is okay, in fact we should, traders, be greedy, so that we aim for high always. You should've rephrased your statement to, controlling greediness, something like that.

Yes, by using BTCitcoin or Ethereum as your capital in trading, how would you earn passive income? for example you have 1 BTCTC for short-term trades, and you bought the BTCTC around 7000, every time BTCTCs price go higher than 7000 you are earning a passive income while earning profit in your trades.

Yes it increases the chances of losing, but coins under the top 100 gives you the opportunity of buying it while it is still cheap. so yeah, it is risky.

Just a tip, don't rely on a free ICO rating platform, I have read some articles, etc. having negative reviews about it, some says their ratings are being bought.
