这里我也有疑惑，持币人和代理的关系到底是怎样的。如果大多数持币人同意，但代理分叉后同样继承的代理角色，都拒绝新链的产块怎么办。持币人重新投票选代理？

我也不太明白这一点 但感觉应该是要先看持币人具体是投票还是代理投票 如果是代理 那就要看他可以做决策 还是只能执行

Sounds complex but I think I met difficulty similarly... Huh
