Re: Coinomi and BCD

If you don't want to wait on Coinomi you can always use the BCD Core wallet and import your keys there to claim your BCD.  That's what i did and it worked fine but it does require you to load the full 165GB blockchain.  You will want to send all your BTC to a new wallet first so you don't expose your BTC when you import the keys, i.e., make sure your wallet is empty of BTC before importing the keys somewhere else so you don't risk your BTC.  The BCD Core wallet is on github.  you can grab the compiled binaries here - https://github.com/eveybcd/BitcoinDiamond/releases.

CEX,

auto-payout is still not working.  My BTC balance is twice my payout threshold now and still no payout.  Can you please provide an update on when this will be fixed??

I was going to enter another support ticket for this issue but your support also does not work.  lt launches and then redirects to your sign-in page but never gets past that - you can enter your login credentials over and over again but it never lets you in - it just keeps prompting you to login again even though I receive emails from you telling me I had a "successful authorization" each time.  Can you please fix your support page.  I have also posted this on your GHASH.IO thread yesterday.

Hi there, we have seen the issue you raised on GHash page. It seems the access issue is specific to your situation. To identify your account name and email for security please can you email the access problem to support@cex.io then we can identify what the fix may be. Auto payout issue is currently under investigation.

Thanks for the reply.  My auto-payout did finally work today, although it was more than twice the payout threshold I have set.

a random question, anybody knows where one could buy those white 6 pins pci-e receptacle attached to the PCB?

If you mean the 6-pin PCIe header (Molex part #45558-0003) then Arrow has the best price I could find in the U.S.  I just bought 50 pieces at $0.4514/each + shipping.

thats a good way to blow your psu/start a fire dont just try and hook a molex adapter to 6 pin and call it good to go...if your hooking it to a low voltage rail you are going to kill yourself...
What are you talking about??  The header referenced is not an "adapter".  It is the Molex PCIe Mini-Fit Jr header that is used on the S1 and on nearly every PCIe GPU made for connecting a 6-pin PCIe PSU power connector.  Molex is just the "brand" name.  Not sure what hobbymd wants to use it for but I bought them to replace burned out PCIe headers on some of my S1's and GPU's.

bobsag3, are these (your/minersource) PSU kits using sidehack's breakout board with the fan speed control knob??

Mine shipped on the 6th and just made it to Alaska Wink Should be here tomorrow (SE US). Seems pretty fast to me after confirmation. I think I have had Prime orders take longer.
My Corsair CM750 just came in too so I should be good. Having seconds thoughts about my PSU buy though. I was thinking I could run two off that, but I'm not sure anymore. I may just order another CM600 for a second Ant.

2x S1 units will run just fine on a Corsair 750w PSU Wink

Thanks for all the input!

Not overclocked I presume?

Not a standard 750w 80 Plus PSU but an 80 Plus Gold (or better) PSU should just barely work for 2x OC S1's

These will run 2 OC'ed without a problem

do you have S1's physically in stock in the U.S. or are orders made on your website being dropped shipped from China?

You should definitely start changing your passwords though, because the wallet changes were confirmed via email, meaning the person has/had access to your email.  The wallet was not locked.

I read thru the Support link and see how the address lock works but I don't see anything on how the email lock works, i.e., once locked can it be changed and how?

Email locks are generally not removed because generally an account is compromised via a compromised email (as in the case above).  So sending a message from the locked address doesn't prove anything in many cases.  A signed message from the wallet on the account is sometimes able to reverse an email lock, if the wallet used to sign the message has been on the account for a reasonable length of time (multiple payouts already processed to that address).  It's examined on a case by case basis.

Thanks.  I was curious since I would think the need to change an email account due to changing ISPs, service providers, etc, would be more common than the need to change the BTC address so wanted to know before I locked it.

Is block 294838 orphaned (looks like it went to GHASH.IO)??  It still says "waiting for a confirmation" although several blocks have been found by the network since, including 294849 by BTCG.

Same question again.
So how many people have received the recent S2 batches?

Any feedback about the performance please?

I want to see feedback from people who actually received the miners
