This isn't a recommendation but I've used miningrigrentals.com https://www.miningrigrentals.com/ a few times with both US and EU servers without problems.
Be sure to select a miner that has good or best reputation and one located in the same region as the pool you want to use.
Set-up is a little odd and stats initially don't update quite as quickly as you might expect, so if you give it a go don't panic if nothing seems to happen for the first 10 minutes.

No it is Not better. But how more hashpower you have so more chance to find a block. Own mining farm or big rentals.

So holding a certain hash for many years doesn't result in a block? Like, 40 TH connected for about 2-8 years doesn't increase the chance? I've seen several blocks of that size pop up in the last few years.

What you are saying is like expecting last weeks lottery ticket to have an effect on your winning this weeks lottery.
It doesnt work like that.
Every time a block is mined the game starts again.
The higher the hash rate you have the more entries("Shares") into the game you get.
The more entries("Shares") you have the greater the odds are you'll find a hash that has a higher value than the network difficulty.
