If your sell concern is about the red bear market, I think you should hold on for a little while longer. If you entered the trades during the high bull run of last quarter last year, I am sure you are in a very big loss. And seeing how high the loss is already, I will suggest you don't sell. Next time, always practice risk management and cut your loss fast enough. I am also trapped on this bear run and I cant sell at a very big loss of almost 90% assuming I cut my loss fast enough, it could have been better for me. Although it might get worst, no one knows yet but just hang in there.

Well aside the first altcoin which is Ethereum i prefer investing into Dash because of how its network has grown rapidly over the years. Currently the price of Dash has increased beyond my point of investment and so i have started earning interests on my investments.

it is very possible but as far as i can see we need decades to be able to achieve this,massive adoption will start when most of the countries agreed that cryptocurrencies is the future of the payment system.That is too early,regulations and banning from these countries surely slowed out community expansion but it doesnt mean that we cant.

Before selling any coin or token, it should be listed on a exchange for selling or buying. After listing on a particular exchange you need to create a account on that and should be verified if necessary (some exchanges are not allowed trading without verification). Then you can move your coins to that exchange and sell them.
