The five major Chinese exchanges have announced they are stopping leveraged trading (and introducing trading fees - no more 0% fees). This might give BFX a mild boost.
It's difficult to deposit and withdrawal with Chinese exchanges caused by the new policy of government. Maybe someone in Chinese mainland will change to trading on Bitstamp/BFX. It will good news in short-term to exist overseas exchanges.The Chinese exchanges all have plan to change market to overseas.I think the Chinese exchanges maybe are not leading on technology or idea,but are leading on service quality,rapid in deposit,withdrawal,support response, etc. It will bring a lot of competitors to overseas market. It will bad news in long-term to exist overseas exchanges.

"Pending Approval" in BTC withdrawal means that there is not enough BTC in hot wallet 
(I have enabled 2 factor authentication)
BTC withdrawal delay more than 2 hours again.(I have enabled 2 factor authentication)
I sent email to support and no response.
Is there some other method to contact them?

Is it possible larger withdraw paid slower? This is the first time my withdraw over 100k and it exceed 3 working days. My previous smaller withdraw are all within 3 working days. If it is possible, may be I will split my payment next time.

No, it's not due to that.
It's just that in this moment every chinese and his brother is trying to arb between local (CNY) and international (USD) platform.
We have a daily quota of usd that we can send out and there might be a couple of days of delay in moments like this.
We apologize for the inconvenient but it's not due to us, it's the daily withdrawal limit with HK banks (10 mio HK$).

I think it is fair to say we have to find a solution to work around this. 10 million HK$ = 1.2 US$, it would take weeks if everyone were to withdraw.
We are already working on it.
In the next weeks we'll have 3 new banks (currently going thru their AML/KYC).
