In the rapid development progress of bitcoins, there has been countries where bitcoins are banned like China ,Bolivia ,Bangladesh and others.......... Since bitcoins are not in the hands of government , many countries have banned it and are in the phase on banning bitcoins............ So what should be done? What should be said to the governements?Huh?

You should move over to the China board to see that bitcoin is flourishing there.
In fact, the largest bitcoin exchanges by volume are in China.

Hi
Well, I heard also the biggest bitcoin user in the world is china. But the question is whether the bitcoin is legal or illegal. Is there already regulation from the government or not?
Thanks

Hi
Actually there is no clear regulation of bitcoin. No official statement from the government yet. Maybe some countries are still doubtful with the existence of bitcoin, because there is no clear regulation then the possibility of bitcoin prices rose even dropped unpredictable.

Re: The future of Bitcoin

Hi
Bitcoin is a test of a new currency that is still in active development. Although over time and the increasing use of Bitcoin is becoming more mature, keep in mind that Bitcoin is a new discovery that explores ideas that have never been done before. Thus, Bitcoin's future can not be predicted by anyone.

Re: Bitcoin Regulations in Georgia?

Are there any bitcoin regulations in country Georgia? Any fee's/taxes you have to pay when exchanging bitcoin and receiving large amount of money via bank wire?

You should seek competent legal advice from a licesned attorney in Georgia, not from anonymous commenters on the internet.
I agree, try to ask a lawyer for information about the legal state of bitcoin in Georgia. Most people here will give you unverified information.

Yes, every rule should come from the government to make definite decisions and provide clear regulation.

Re: Transferring bitcoin and legal concerns
by

Lately, some people in some countries use bitcoin as a conventional exchange or a substitute for credit cards to make transactions. But keep in mind is so far no official status of the government about bitcoin. Whether it is legal and can be a digital currency in the future or still as it is today. If there is no certainty from the government it will be very dangerous because we will not know what will happen to bitcoin in the future.

Re: Is it better to save money or invest it?
by

on 29/05/2017, 04:45:14 UTC
better to invest in bitcoin, gold maybe more secure, but bitcoin has more potential to grow

saving money in the bank, will only mean losing them in the long-term with the current high inflation

Hi
Does that mean bitcoin does not have the risk of inflation, even in some countries has not legalized bitcoin. Whether that can be a safe limit in investing in bitcoin. Yet we ourselves do not know what will happen to bitcoin in the future, remembering the government alone has not legalized bitcoin and provide a fixed regulation.

The future of bitcoin can not be fixed yet, because it has not been authorized by governments in various countries as a means of conventional currency exchange.

Re: do i have to pay tax on bitcoins ?

Bitcoin is not an official currency. That is, most countries still require you to pay income taxes, sales, payroll, and capital gains tax on anything that has value including bitcoin. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with any other tax and legal rules or policies issued by your government and / or policy makers in your area.

Work hard and try again. But in today's increasingly sophisticated many people who use social media as a stall for selling, promotion in the field of services or goods to be sold. That's an opportunity to earn extra income from selling online.

Probably for security reasons to access the outside world from the internet from each country. It might also look at the events of the past time when ransomware wannacry invaded and became a dangerous virus for internet users. Of course, each country implements its own regulations in accessing the internet.

Re: When is Gambling Like Investing
by
leminerale
on 25/05/2017, 06:06:09 UTC
I'm not a fan of gambling by itself, but instead as a way of studying and learning about other things.  For instance, I'm sure that if elderly people kept playing card games, it would help keep their minds alert.  Studying poker involves studying human nature and probabilities.   There are other aspects like studying risk in gambling, which is like studying risk in investing.

Does anyone have any examples of how gambling is like investing?

Gambling is not an investment, but a gamble. There you will be faced with two choices between losing or winning in a game. While investing, it means as we invest a capital that certainly hope will multiply for the future. In this case it may be a bit thin between gambling and investing because both instill mdal at the beginning

Actually i never saw a man, who has rich from Gambling?

you never saw one because such man doesn't exist in real life. I mean there is always the possibility to win big but someone who is betting big means he is either already rich or losing big time for just one win.

Quote
I m not playing gambling because i saw a lot of people who has lost everything in gambling.

you shouldn't think of gambling as a way of getting rich or earning money because that is wrong. you should play it as a game for fun and something to fill the time with.

Quote
So i want to ask if anyone is here how has rich from GAMBLING ??

I haven't even won big amount in my life, and never saw anybody who has won big either.

In fact I have never seen a man, who is rich of Gambling?
People who can be rich in gambling are dealers, because they only receive money from people who play gambling and always get a surplus. That's just my thinking
THANK YOU
