Does anyone have any idea what's next (in terms of mining Aleo). Apparently, today's the last day of incentive phase. Does that mean we won't be able to mine from tomorrow?

Not good for long term hold as i can see. So if you really want to invest then invest for short term
That's the whole point of mining it right now. Fill bags with credits, credits converted to coins, sell at a listing gain.

I follow this project because it attracts a lot of money from big investors. ZK-Rollups are quite a popular topic lately and all such projects now attract a lot of attention from investors. How much this coin will be worth now it's hard to say, because we don't even know at what prices these coins were sold in funding rounds. I think the first predictions can be made after the start of public sales of tokens.
Agreed. However, I feel this would be a successful project and would be even more lucrative for miners who are currently mining in testnet3.
Yessir! Does anyone have any idea when the mainnet launch of this coin would be? Also, I can see that you are leasing servers (at https://aleo.zionodes.com/). How has your experience been so far, and how many credits can I expect to earn per day (with 30000 c/s)?
No idea on when the mainnet launch is (maybe month end?). Like I said earlier, listing gains are definitely high for miners (especially since we have a market uptrend right now). Leasing servers here is quite easy and convenient, and the customer service team is also quite helpful (so are the admins/moderators on discord/telegram even if you DM them). About the credits per day, this is where you can get a rough idea about how many credits you would earn: https://explorer.hamp.app/calc.
Oooooo, I see

I know this may seem like a silly question, but I'm still not sure what the merge was. Could someone please explain this to me?

Hello there!
This is an excellent question! This article contains the answer to your question: https://zionodesoc.medium.com/build-up-to-eth-merge-investment-opportunity-or-trap-d50de4e513a6
Thank you, that was helpful.

In simple terms, "The Merge" is a change to the Ethereum network infrastructure that initially they used PoW (Proof-of-Work) consensus and then changed to PoS (Proof-of-Stake). Ethereum did this "The Merge" on the basis of scalability, as we know that in recent years the Ethereum network has experienced bottlenecks in its network, this has caused an increase in fees for transactions and it has become a problem for people in crypto. After "The Merge", that problem no longer exists, you can see it on this page.

Due to the change in consensus from PoW to PoS, currently we don't know the name Miner for the Ethereum network anymore, we only know Staker, LOL.
I see. Thanks man!

Re: Can Bitcoin be worth zero?

We all know how volatile and unpredictable the cryptocurrency market can be. One month, a coin may be at its peak of value, and the next, it may have almost no value at all. Unfortunately, this is simply the name of the game when it comes to cryptography. But what would happen if the oldest and most valuable asset on the market, Bitcoin, dropped to zero?

Unlike other coins/tokens, Bitcoin is unique. There are only a few coins that have a lot of utility, and bitcoin has the most and is widely accepted. The chances of it going down to zero are highly unlikely.
