Since the start of Bitgrail the minimun deposit and withdraw was 100 XRB.

AFAIK, your balance should be greater(double or more) than the roll amount to turn off the captcha. i haven't yet deposited on freebitco.in, i'm going to in few days(small amount) to earn interest as well to turn off the captcha. The time is takes to sync the wallet even if you've had it offline for only a week makes me want to pull my hair out. This issue really needs to be resolved at some point.
yes, is the major problem of this coin, the syncs, is not only slow, the CPU and SSD/HDD usage is fucking high!!!
