I'm looking for an alternative to receive ACH.
Basically, my company receives monthly from a US company using Bitwage, but I'm looking for good alternatives, especially one that allows me to control the moment dollars are converted into bitcoins. I already lost some money by receiving from Bitwage after the price had dropped, and the conversion was the one before the fall.
I'm also considering services like Circle that are very easy for people that don't know bitcoin, which is the case of my client.

I'm not a US resident nor a citizen, so I can't have a bank account.

I'm also considering SEPA withdrawals from virtual wallets (something like paypal, maybe? but without the high fees) instead of bitcoin withdrawal, since I have a European account. I know this kind of request is out of bitcointalk scope, but who knows, maybe someone knows about a service like that.
