Exodus don't hold your private keys... you do. You have your 12 word backup seed. This is BIP39/44 compatible and easily portable to any other compatible wallet. As far as I'm aware, your seed/private keys are only stored on your local device. Exodus have NO access to this, so there is no way for Exodus to "exit" scam.
Unless they've filled their software with backdoors that allow them access to your keys... but you can just check the source code to see if tha... oh... wait.

sorry for noob question but i am bit confused , if i have private key of exodus wallet and seed, and lets suppose hexodus wallet stop working , (just suppose)
than how i can access my assets ? where i can import my private key and seeds to access my assets ?
