Actually 10k is not hard to imagine that bitcoin can make it. Don't forget that bitcoin can do to fly above the predictions price or below in just a few days or months. Maybe it will go beyond 10k at the end of 2018 then on 2019 probably it will be at 40k.

Personally I did not participate in ICO because I am not yet prepared for that. Actually I'm planning that someday when I decide to join I would like to participate on ICO that I know the whales supports the project. More chance of success than lose.

I guess it wasn't the inner team who decide to take kyc the bounty hunters. I guess sometimes it was the decision of some not honest manager to get the rewards of those who couldn't comply to the requirements. Simple way of stealing that unnoticed by the public. Why I think like that because supposed it should be announced when the bounty was on the beginning.
