At a point the team start given excuses to abide by what they promised to do or stop communicating with the community then I can sense the project is scam. How do you determine a project is gone bad and won't fulfil it promise? What criteria do you use ? or you wait for years thinking all will be well ?

But the others may buying coins with slow pace, that we cannot notice they are accumulating.
Just look at the volume in the market. If the volume is abnormally big, then there must be some whales buying.

They are actually identical, the difference is, IEO already partnered with the exchange.

This is a certain good news for Ethereum. While the cryptocurrency market is going green recently, ETH price may rising fast in addition of Oracle provider launch in ETH mainnet. I guess it is a better time to buy some ETH before the price gone too high in the market.
If you want to increase easily the security of your coins you can do it by a simple step. Just withdraw your coins from the exchange to a personal safe wallet where you have the private keys. In case if the exchange gets hacked your funds are safu. Never store more in exchanges than you actually need for buying other coins.
A crypto hack can also happen to big exchanges, like it happended to Cryptopia, a big exchange from new zealand where huge amounts of crypto funds were stolen from people that had their coins stored on the exchange when the hack happend. All users that had withdrawn the fund before were safe because they stored their coins in their own wallets.
Even big exchanges are no guarantee that they can't be hacked, so better be safe and store your coins yourself.
Storing your coins safely will prevent your coins from getting hacked and you won't lose your crypto by exchange hacks.

Telegram TOn ( Gram TOken) which raised huge amount in ICO as far i knew they raised 850 million in first round agian in second round also same even after this much fund raise . I don't see any progress . This kind of ICO's really ruining crypto funds . People are loosing belief on Crypto Currency .
Are you sure that they raised $850 million in their ICO ? What will they doing with that such amount of money.
I hope that amount is not some fabricated raised amount to attract more investors into the trap.
The more some project raised the funds, the more suspicious for me.

Writing articles in platform like publish0x is a good way to make incomes in crypto coins.
You can joining some bounty campaigns in this forum and making articles too.
But i guess working in bounty campaign nowadays is not too profitable because scam bounties.
