Allow me to set the record straight and state some facts against your absurd assumptions and accusations towards our team:

Firstly, the price of SHP was always denominated in ETH, not USD. So to say the price has fallen from $0.50 to $0.18 is factually incorrect. You purchased the tokens with ETH, and you can track the ETH price on CoinMarketCap - I see someone else has already commented about how the price has been quite stable. Furthermore, you seem to neglect to recognise that the entire market has been down 60-70% in USD since January, which is particularly harmful for the credibility if your argument.

Regarding your removal from our Telegram group, this is because you were warned many times to stop spamming the group with "when exchange" messages. It degrades the conversation in the community and nobody else wants to read it. All information regarding exchanges is in the pinned message, and you have already expressed you were aware of that in your original post. You are of course welcome to join the community again if you refrain from spam. The size of the group was never 4200, I think at it's peak it reached ~3400, and since then many "bots" have been removed.

Calling us scammers is a ridiculous characterisation, and for anyone else reading you can see that we have a track record of delivering our products and paying service fees to our users by visiting our Medium page:

Finally, the landscape regarding exchanges is forever changing, and we have always endeavoured to make the right decision for the longevity of our project and community. This is a decision that is at our full discretion, and we actually plan to publish an update on this in the next week or so.

When SCD is initially issued the dividend pool will be 20%. It's important to be clear that SCD will not be a right, but rather something we issue to those that meet the necessary compliance requirements, since it will effectively be a crypto-security...

The reward pool for SHP tokens & sentiment participators, will be variable between 0-20%, depending on the other factors that contribute to the reward formula.

Hey, that's right in reference to SCD. SCD is not the token that we're issuing in November, SCD will be made available at a later date to SHP holders, once we receive regulatory approval to issue it.

SHP is a utility token which provides access to our crowdsourced sentiment platform (see the mobile app here: https://medium.com/@sharpecapital/sharpe-platform-ui-core-concept-designs-6aeb8da7a333). The dividends for SCD will be issued regardless of whether users participate, whereas SHP rewards require participation in the sentiment platform to earn Ether!

We've contacted a number of major exchanges. Most of whom have said they will keep an eye on our crowdsale, and make a decision once they are able to gauge demand for the token. We have recently launched our pre-sale registration form, which is helping us gauge demand before the sale actually opens, and also gives those who wish to contribute to the pre-sale some piece of mind that their contribution is guaranteed (https://sharpe.capital/tokens#pre-sale).

A key part of our strategy, though, is also to provide intrinsic liquidity via the Bancor protocol. We have committed to allocating any funds raised over $45m USD to Bancor/liquidity reserves for SHP tokens.

Finally, we're open to considering other decentralised exchanges (e.g. 0x), however this is not part of our main strategy at this stage, as liquidity on these exchanges is typically not as good as it would be via Bancor/an actual exchange.

We're implementing a $10m USD hard-cap for the pre-sale, with the crowdsale hard-cap being undisclosed. The reason for this is that we're implementing "dynamic ceilings" during the live-sale, as pioneered by Status, to ensure an even distribution of SHP ownership and to make sure our governance and voting mechanism is not compromised by a concentration of SHP tokens in a few hands.

Therefore, we're advising larger contributors to join in the pre-sale, of which the first hour will be uncapped. We can tell you that the hard-cap of the crowdsale, and therefore maximum market-cap, will be between $60m and 90m USD.

We have committed to using anything raised above $45m USD for token liquidity. SHP tokens will be backed by the Bancor protocol, and we will calculate the exact reserve once we know how much we've raised. If there are excess funds above $45m USD and the Bancor reserve, we will reserve these to be used for additional liquidity in the future, as required.

Quantitative modelling alone only produces mediocre predictive capabilities, because markets are fundamentally driven by two factors:

1) the tendency of an asset to return to its "intrinsic" value
2) irrational investor sentiment, driving an asset away from its intrinsic value

We have married these two approaches together to create a unique investment algorithm that is capable of consistently beating the market, and incentivises our token holders to provide the high-quality sentiment that we need to satisfy point 2 above. By paying rewards to holders of our tokens (SHP), linked to proof-of-stake, proof-of-work and proof-of-reputation, we ensure we capture the highest quality sentiment possible, and fairly reward those that help our fund generate better returns, with bi-annual Ether payments.

I would encourage you to read section 6 of the white paper, which describes the dynamics of crowdsourcing sentiment in great detail. The ultimate premise can be broken down into two points:

1) when there is something at stake, people will work harder to improve the sentiment they provide
2) when this information is provided by "the crowd", the quality & accuracy will far exceed that of any individual

Perhaps the most novel element of our crowdsourced sentiment analysis is the fact that, unlike prediction markets, there are no odds and you can never lose the SHP you have staked. Because the "reputation score" is calculated on a rolling basis, bad sentiment only serves to reduce any future rewards that sentiment providers may earn. Of course a low reputation score can be improved by providing more good sentiment in the future.
