Yes and no. Has Devs still have the pre-mine with them for the airdrop, I think that until everything is droped they will keep the money on a mint capable wallet making minting at this time a lottery. Soon POS might start effectively.

Thats a good one if Portugal dont have a strict financial rule concerning the purchase and transfer of real estate because over here with that amount of money, to buy a house then I will have to explain where it is coming from and how I manage to have such huge amount as Fiat because bitcoin popularity is still low here so I have to convert to Fiat before going for such transaction. Don't forget I asked for a Portuguese translation job if there would be any.
Also, not allowing the guys who got an airdrop early to mint some coins (as your wallet is minting nearly everything at the moment) will allow inevitably people who have the BTC to get a quick$ sell from someone and dominate the minting thus creating the top 1% once again, instead of a more early distributed system.
Also I would like to ask one other question. The transaction used to mint coins, will the end of a mintable transaction be decided only by time as maturity, or by maximum coins that can be minted by value?
If by time, how will you adress the lottery stacking shortening first airdrop receivers stake time?
If by maximum amount, is it a fixed~short variable value according to the transaction?
