I read in the white paper that on the platform Desico will be to conduct utility ICO-tokens on the legislative framework in a country like Lithuania. I think projects that work strictly according to the law are very much needed by the crypto-world right now. But I am concerned about the question: the laws of Lithuania work correctly only on the territory of Lithuania. If a project from another country will hold the ICO platform Desico, for other countries such as the USA, the project will still not be legal? Is that so?

I was waiting for such a project, security coins are very promising, given how the relations between the countries of the world and the different countries are developing.

How long did it take you to buy and actually get your first bitcoin? I'm waiting for Dwolla's verification deposits to appear in my bank, and even that is taking a while. I don't expect to have any bitcoin in my possession until the end of next week.

I have to wait for funds to transfer from my bank to Dwolla (a few days?), then from Dwolla's funds to get transferred to MtGox (another few days?), then for the bitcoins to get transferred to my wallet (not sure how long this takes, few hours?).

Does that seem about right, taking about a week to get into the bitcoins market?
