it makes me sad. i came to talk on litecoins and bitcoins here in this group then second thing i saw was this.

if they really scamed then money will not be in their account anymore.
If you chargeback their act will be in negative balance but your money will not be returned.
reason, is they might have transferred funds to other act or used it.
so no reason or sense in charging back.
i believe in talking them up for return of your funds.
I am into this now and will make sure they return it else they will face the law.

1. do not paste all this. it scares readers way. no one have time to sit and read them.
2. summarise all that happened in 3-5 sentence so we can know where to help.
3. you showed the company mail and hide yours. thought you could have hidden the two mails or show your own also so if we have to join and investigate the company we know which email to tell them did business and they have not completed.
