Yes, you are right and I agree.  Just urks me that they have not sought out and served all the individuals who were officers and had "chief" titles... just got me thinking and I had to put thought down!

So I'm no legal expert by any means...  but just because a company is NOW defunct does not mean that it wasn't fully operational and fully staffed at the time in which it operated during the time period this complaint refers to.  If you were part of that defunct organization should not mean that you are no longer responsible for participating in the alleged crimes at the time right?

I can't be party to crimes at an organization... move on to a new organization while the other is defunct and be free and clear just because it's "defunct" or no longer in operations or exists...  That makes no sense.  I submit that ANY and ALL previous persons associated with that NOW defunct organization be called out and required to defend against this and stand trial (so to speak).

This is just an amazing turn of events.  It's sometimes human nature to think on the positive side and see that someone may be on the up and up...  but wow.  With this crew you really need to take the absolute opposite approach we are used to and simply assume guilty until proven innocent.

After this is coming out about Allen and Paul's comments...  I'm starting to think about the lawsuit, details around it and the data collection.  If that is a scam in itself and these days, we can't rule that out...  imagine the power of that data.  All the paycoined providing their real identities, losses and transaction data.  Not to mention the requirement that everyone contribute a % of their total loss as part of the legal retainer fees.

Can you imagine, the people who lost the most would be required to contribute the most towards the legal retainer?


I admit, I bought Hashlets in the beginning and it was fun.  Then the whole paycoin thing and hashing points was pretty sketchy...  I remember calling it out in HT and someone responded with "how can you complain about this wonderful gift HG is bringing to the crypto world, you should be grateful" something to that extent.  I originally participated in Allen's GAWsuit but I ended up (thanks to this thread and a gethashing thread) getting my money back via chargeback and have been following this thread in hopes that LE finally bring the gang down.
