They are most definitely a competitor and probably not even on Ethereum's radar.
Not on Ethereum's radar? It seems to me that pre-Maidsafe Ethereum was all about Decentralized Autonomous Organisations and contracts, and now its all about Decentralized Apps and making a new internet. Don't get me wrong - I like the expansion to cover more different things, but I suspect it was partly inspired by Maidsafe.
Agree with this observation, that Ethereum seems to have tweaked their message to something about 'Decentralized Apps' that Maidsafe originated.

Yeah, way too low. It reminds me a little of comm or other giveaway coins ... people dump for like nothing, and a month later it's worth 10x or more.

First ORA shall released on NXT asset exchange, but for now is no ETA!?!?
poloniex... will take along, if ORA need so long to be released as NXT asset

Can you guys please update the OP. For example the title indicates that the ipo is still available. Moreover some links to the different polls could be nice. etc etc.
where is running the ipo? escrow service?
the IPO is over. it was done via BTER.

Small update to my profit calc, v0.5.7b. Release page
- Added support for cryp.today, a site maintained by suchmoon (original btctalk thread) that shows the payout he truly got for different multipools (comparing with PoolPicker results may be skewed if one updates at different times than the other)
- Added a log screen, no more annoying popup screens
- Error counter in bottom-right corner so you know when to check the log ;-)
- Live-filtering of the table based upon settings in "Coin Price Calc"
- Rainbow colored option under "Misc settings"
- Updated to Bittrex V1.1 API. Old version goes down on the 20th of July.
- Again, some general speedups, bugfixes and improvements
