Bit Capital Group - A Full Service GPU-based Miner Hosting Company
by
lmaonade80
on 11/12/2018, 02:34:49 UTC
I would like to introduce Bit Capital Group. We are a full service GPU-based mining service located in Washington state, USA. I have personally been involved in crypto since 2013. We have built out mining hosting service with a competitive pricing model last year. Due to the current market, we are expanding our services to host outside mining rigs instead of only servicing rigs that we ourselves build.

Our rates hover around 7 cents per kwh.

We switch coins to whatever is most profitable and pay clients in Bitcoin, or if on Miningpoolhub, whatever crypto they support. We are also happy to directly mine whatever you want to mine; we can support any YIIMP based profit-switching pool and we do support Nicehash. We currently host well over 200 rigs, and only have limited space available.

We understand the market is in a bad spot as of this post, but we think now is another opportunity to accumulate. If you have already made an investment in a mining rig and our rates are cheaper than your power bill, please consider allowing us to host.

Our website is here: https://bitcap.co.

Our team is here: https://www.bitcap.co/team/

Feel free to email us at sales@bitcap.co. We are also interested in hearing about your rig for sale, or any other business inquiries. Thanks!

Hey th00ber,

I operate a large mining farm with many clients. Your tool is close to what we are looking for in giving our clients access to monitor their rig statistics online. We use another program to actual run the miner, and we want something to monitor the miners for our clients and that can be broken down into groups so that our clients aren't given each other's data.

I would love to work with you to get your tool to where it needs to be. We are happy to donate for your time.

Please email me at t@bitcap.co to continue discussion.

Thanks!

Equihash

ASIC resistant, nicehash accessible. That's really sad.

+1, -1, but pretty much everything is Nicehash accessible. How is this particular point sad?

Re: [ANN][KMD][dPoW] Komodo - Zcash Zero Knowledge Privacy Secured by Bitcoin

I'm having issues with the iguana desktop app for komodo. I'm getting iguana not able to connect on 127.0.0.1:7778. system loop back works fine. I have coins trapped there until this is fixed. Sad

Same here. You can use Basilisk mode, or you can use DLL Fix (run as administrator) and Full mode should work

Basilisk mode loads fine but has not data to display. What's the DLL Fix? Just running it as administrator? That didnt work either.

Cannot move funds in Easy Dex wallet either in Basilisk or Full mode. Balance does not appear in basilisk mode. In full mode, everything syncs to 100% and then does not complete and am unable to move funds. Any advice from anyone here?

We encourage you to join our new KMD POOL

BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC

www.komodopool.com

BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC BTC

To mine KMD just use any ZCASH (EquiHash) miner

Claymore Zminer https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1670733.0 config example:

ZecMiner64.exe -zpool komodopool.com:7778 -zwal RYZx1e7kVNTuQ6RTrvTkYeZAz5uJobC3pg -zpsw x -allpools 1 -i 5
Instead of RYZx1e7kVNTuQ6RTrvTkYeZAz5uJobC3pg put your KMD wallet address. You can get one here: https://supernet.org/en/products/iguana

Fee is 0.5%

All miners are welcome :-)  Smiley

What about min payout and earning statistic? Thanks.
We are currently in the process of running a 200,000 sol (yes that is not a typo) GPU mining test against the notaries.

This is to verify proper behavior under such extreme conditions. So current ROI will be meaningless as I dont expect anywhere this amount of hashrate to remain active after the test. (Unless KMD price skyrockets)

under normal conditions, the external miners are expected to get 20% of blocks and the amount would depend on the total hashrate as usual.

currently the external mining is getting 40% of blocks and we are investigating the reason why. I think just some transition issues as it is the weekend and I know some people believe in them still

An update from komodopool.com - pool is operating OK, there were 10-13 workers during last 2 hours, total hashing power is around 30k sol/s. Pool is paying - you can see one of transactions here: https://kpx.io/transactions/df8bb09b02ad3e8aaebe3165ab5f96e5bec5b80e63cd6c3bf967cfb69c5b5135
Unfortunately due to stress test that Komodo team is performing at the moment (they have 200k sol of mining power) number of blocks mined is lower than expected. According to what jl777 wrote, after block #184065 (less than 100 blocks from now, which should be in around 2 hours) stress test will finish and network will go back to normal. Block count is expected to rise then and we'll be able to estimate earnings more accurately.

Thanks for pool! Do you support address.worker format?

^ The script you had imported would have just created the necessary account for pool ticket purchasing & voting. You can just configure (or re-configure) your wallet to buy tickets into another pool, or to buy them in solo mode. There's nothing really to "revert", so to speak.
(sidenote : there is something that could be reverted, but I don't think you'd care for all the details, and it's not really helpful to your case)

Tickets that you had bought in the past, will eventually get picked to vote, or get missed, or finally expire. The very longest that you can expect for the last of your tickets to be returned, is about ~4.7 months, which is the expiration time. Most likely, the majority of your ticket funds (if not all), will return to your account much sooner than that.

Thanks Myagui. The pool is telling me I have 0 live tickets, just voted tickets yet my balance is 10% of what it should be. Is this normal?

That really looks off lmaonade80.  Sad If the pool reports you has having 0 live tickets, maybe you never really bought pool tickets?
At least 2 possibilities come to mind with regards to your missing balance: maybe you bought your tickets as "solo tickets", regardless of having joined the pool, or maybe you bought "pool tickets", but entered the addresses incorrectly, in which case, your coins might be in someone else's hands by now...

The following commands might give you further insight:
dcrctl --wallet getbalance * 0 all
^ will give you your total balance, including any coins locked for voting, in all addresses that you own.

dcrctl --wallet getstakeinfo
^ will give you your detailed ticket stats, voted, live, expired, etc (both pool and solo tickets, there's no distinction there)

I have 42 voted tickets, 0 live.

I copied and pasted all the commands from the profile page of dcr.stakeminer.com/tickets. Maybe the pool owner has his addresses in the commands instead of mine?

The pool owner also has not responded to my emails.

I have tried moving an old wallet.db into my dcrd folder, and my balance went from 72 (which was from a wallet I created via my seed passphrase last week), and my new balance was 2. These number are far off the mark.

I don't really want to mess with cmd line anymore, as it may have cost me $1,000's in DCR already. Can I run the commands you're suggesting in Paymetheus?

EDIT: If its just the stake mining tab in Paymetheus, then I have it all 0's from owner tickets to total subsidy earned. Look like I'm fucked?

Also, my entire transaction history on paymetheus was on the 29th. Which doesn't make sense. I went from a 600+ balance to a 72 balance over the course of 1 minute via a dozen transactions - some incoming and most outgoing. I don't know how any of these tx's occurred.

EDIT EDIT: Just recovered from seed again and balance was correct. Thanks everyone!

https://dcr.stakeminer.com/ is offline?

What happens if they had my coins that were staking? I believe I imported a script and they could not actually steal the coins, but I am missing 90% of my DCR from my wallet and I'm still fuzzy on how PoS works.

It's impossible that they have stolen your coins because the POS pools doesn't keep your coins during stake.
The coins still are in your wallet, but blocked.
Only on evolution you send your coins

If you've bought tickets for stakepool voting, and the pool shuts down or goes offline, your tickets/votes will get missed. Once they do, your wallet can revoke those missed tickets and you'll see your balance restored (minus a tx fee, and absent of voting rewards).

Importantly, even if you've bought all your tickets for stakepool voting and the stakepool completely shuts down, you can always have your own wallet online and voting as well, so your votes can still be submitted.

I believe I imported a script to automatically purchase tickets. How do I reverse this, so that I stop buying tickets, and over what period of time does it take for my DCR balance to replenish?
