What happens when this coin starts getting delisted? What is going on here? Where is the marketing aside from a few youtube vids?

There is no reason to be delisted from bittrex even if volume is very low atm.

I haven't received any dividends from the delegates I voted for. I would like to vote for some better suited delegates, but it costs me 1 shift? This doesn't seem fair. Perhaps I can vote again for free after 1 year or so?

With 1 shift you can vote for 33 delegates at the same time but you can vote for 101 delegates in total.

Is Shift POS? How to stake this coin?
Shift is a DPOS (delegate proof of stake) coin.
To stake it you have to be a delegate. You can also earn shift by voting in shift wallet for pools which are delegates sharing some of their coins.

I don't know why I should even bother voting and wasting my Shift. I voted for 66 delegates and yet I have received payments from only 2 delegates after 2 months. The delegates don't seem to have any accountability to share the forging reward with the voters at all.

Devs have a marketing plan. New website, whitepaper and a presentation video will come soon, and phantom on mainnet too.
You have just to be patient. Shift is one of the most underrated coins. Devs want to have a working product before doing marketing. That's the best way to do.
