So i'm trying to find price data from the beginning (April 27th) but it only goes back to August 26th. Incidentally this is the same time the new thread was made. What is the relation ? Was there a hard fork ?

I don't get it though, the website has hardly and content on it ? no documentaries, hardly any porn. I tried to get into it and use it as an alternative to youtube and netflix but its almost 0 content ?

When i try and open my wallet i get 'Error loading BLKidedex.dat'. What is the meaning of this and how do i solve it ?

My wallet isn't syncing, its stuck on '55157 blocks'". Can someone help me resolve this as i want to access the my VDO in my wallet.dat.

Or is there another method i can retrieve my coins from my .dat ?

I was getting this error in when opening my wallet http://i.imgur.com/zmf9CEe.png. I copied my wallet.dat and deleted roaming data. I reinstalled the wallet and copied my wallet back over to the roaming folder. But for the last two days its just been continually synchronizing ? I would really like to access my coins ? any suggestions on how or how to get the wallet to work ?

Hey man, thanks for your reply, basically i was getting that error message before so i deleted roaming data which fixed the problem, i then transferred my coins into my wallet and am now getting the same error http://i.imgur.com/zmf9CEe.png. The roaming data is still there, i just can't access my wallet. Is there a way to back it up without going into the wallet ? or can i just copy out the wallet.dat and paste it into the roaming data folder when i re install it ?

Ergh, i transferred 60k coins to my wallet last night after fixing that issue now im getting that error again (http://i.imgur.com/zmf9CEe.png) and stupidly didnt back up my wallet, have i just shot my self in the foot ? if i delete the roaming data again will this delete my wallet ?

I was always under the impression that POS was the same as POW but except from gpus confirming transactions the coins that govern their respective system give you a stake in a limited share of 'block solving' power.

Also how do you work out blocks/day given storing a certain number of coins, ive never known how to calculate this with POS coins.

Sure it says 30% but thats if every coin is confirming transaction right ? if only half are doesnt that mean you will find more blocks ergo with will receive around twice as much?

So i'm trying to find a reliable source for the network hash for the top 100 coins on coinmarketcap.com.

Coinwarz.com is really the only site i could find but it has data on a limited amount of coins.

If it comes to it i would consider using the difficulty to calculate the network hash for each coin, however this will affect the data set as it wont display 'true network hash', especially if it is an algo that doesn't re target every block. In regards to this method does any one know where i can find how to calculated # from difficulty for all the different algos?
