This was announced several weeks ago and was talked about EVERYDAY since then. People that do not stay informed about there investment is their own fault. It would not be justified to give everyone now who is holding ebtcold equal amount of ebtcnew because they are many who have sold and bought ebtcold AFTER the swap and got it dirt cheap because it's useless.  People now buying and trading ebtcold are either incredibly foolish or scum and know they should not be selling them since they're useless.

Not everyone stays on top of news and announcements every single week. And some put in a lot of real money and are now stuck with nothing basically unless the team makes everyone whole. That is poor execution. There should be a way to manually credit those who just found out about the swap.

This isn't a case of negligence. The window should be months, a year, or even indefinite.

What is the team going to do to make this right?

Is anyone aware of a working WebGL miner for Ethereum? I stumbled upon this https://github.com/lismore/EThamiyoca but it seems either abandoned or incomplete for now. Any insight would be appreciated.

So Etherdelta has (3) ELTC listings as of writing this. This one is ELTC2. What is the plan to help alleviate confusion about this on other exchanges?

I would guess that it is possible for Ethereum (Ether + ERC20 tokens combined) to surpass the market cap of Bitcoin. I hope I'm around to see it.

I cringe every time I see an ICO utilizing Slack for communication. Slack is not ideal for public communication--it is supposed to be used by teams within a company.

Care to elaborate on this? Ether is not meant to replace Bitcoin. It's the gas that powers transactions on the public Ethereum chain.

Was anyone able to get the confirmation emails from the new chat channel https://slackkiller.bitbean.org? I've registered multiple aliases and none of them have received the verification email. Even when I manually press resend, it's still not coming through.
