I don't understand the whole 5ND thing... and I CAN'T AFFORD TO FIGURE IT OUT.

There's plenty of info and help available, and you can't afford NOT to figure it out ... and once you do, the math will say you can't afford to leave KanoPool.

There's an update on Acorns:

This is the first Acorn CLE101 off the PCB production line.

Well they’re coming off the line! So we’re at least pretty close to schedule. Heatsinks/fans have to arrive, final assembly, burn in, pack, ship. ...
....Long pole is definitely the heatsinks/fans, which have to come off production and ship in from Asia ~
But having the working boards in-hand instills a lot of confidence in timing....
....Target has always been August 31st. Still looks achievable but short delays can always happen.
I’ll be sure to let anyone (sic) know if we have reason to believe they will.

Sold out already?  Page says pre-order, Q4 delivery.

Just to clarify:

The entire 5000-piece run was sold out. Someone failed to pay for a large order.
Those units (approximately 800, originally) are now available on https://store.mineority.io. AllMine (fpga.land) is no longer processing orders. You can also go to http://squirrelsresearch.com, where you'll be redirected to the mineority.io site. AllMine, Squirrels Research, and Mineority have effectively partnered on this deal.
Some units are also available on https://blackbox.cat, who is also a part of their team in some way.

Anyone else offering BCU-1525s is not an authorized re-seller, and likely a scam - they're popping up on a daily basis.

@[redacted] Nice, they took the picture of the VCU1525, the block diagram of our XUPVV4, and then show a BCU1525 with a VU13P.

I planing to buy an FPGA card here www.fpga-mining.tech. In this regard, I have two questions - bcu1525 is the same as the vcu1525? And the software for the VU09p chip will be compatible with the VU13P chip?

In all likelihood, fpga-mining.tech is a scam - just created on Aug. 8, ad copy is copy-pasta from fpga.land/squirrelsresearch/Mineority. Do your research before sending funds.

Edit: There are ONLY 5000 BCU-1525 being made this year and AllMine (fpga.land), Squirrels Research, and Mineority are the only legitimate outlet at this time. Anyone else offering these is either reselling a pre-order, or scamming.

Re: [Unofficial] Coinpot.co - new microwallet
by

on 12/08/2018, 13:23:53 UTC

if coinpot has launched another site, they should have promote it.
"DogeCoin wallet from CoinPot is a client for mining on your computer." << Coinpot already gives us an option to mine coins. And Coinpot is a microwallet for their Faucets. dogegold.live is just another miner but seems doubtful for me

Actually, if Coinpot was running the dogegold site, they would be promoting it - look at how they rolled out their various faucets in the past. This one (dogegold.live) is dubious at best.

Can some one help me please, I stumbled on this site, and I want to know if anybody knows if this is associated with CoinPot.co. I've been satisfied with Coinpot and this site gives a good deal but I don't want to register without checking here. Looking forward to your answers.

The site in question:

dogegold.live

I can't speak to whether it's related to coinpot.co, but the Terms, Contact, and Privacy links on the site don't work. Take that as you will....

@vh and friends, you guys are amazing for what you have created here.

I really dont get the "Rough chart of power draw"-Table, especially the 300 MHz. So for 300 MHz it will take 13.98 watts and 2.80 ampere, but I can't find any hubs or whatsoever USB power supplier that goes beyond 2.5 ampere.

So what do I got wrong?

Nothing at all. It requires some "innovative" thinking to supply 3 amps to one of these. Can't be had out of a box (yet).
