Re: What would happen to banks?
by

Banks would still be banks. Banks have existed for decades, coping with every new trend it faces. Even if cryptocurrency takes over the world, legal tender on each country would still exist. In my opinion, cryptocurrency would not replace a country's legal tender/currency, but would rather co-exist with it.

If this news is genuine or if it can be confirmed by a highly influential news article, then this is the best time to invest in bitcoin while the price is still low and wait for the big impact which will surely give you huge profits.

Re: Bitcoin's price is so volatile right now! Why should I even hold?
by

Well, from the start of its creation, bitcoin was already know to be very volatile that is why it got very popular. But back then its volatility was on the positive side, that is, its increase in price was very immense, which lead to it attracting many investor.

But today Bitcoins volatility in on the negative end, which makes us question ourselves if it is alright to invest on bitcoin.

I think that good business is a business which serves/perfoms for the satisfaction of its consumers. But not every good business can be successful. And when your business fails never give up, because failing gives you a better experience, and leads you to being more successful.

Re: What do government regulations REALLY mean for Bitcoin?
by

Great article. Regularizing bitcoin in each country would be beneficial to both its citizen and the government. There is a huge possibility that most countries in the upcoming years would be able to legalize bitcoin, and it will be used in an international level. It would be great for small business to larger business to use bitcoin as a form of transaction.

Re: How to file your taxes with Bitcoin Income?
by

on 17/07/2018, 04:44:05 UTC
Depends on the country where you are in. If that countries regularized the use of bitcoin, the amount of tax you can be collected from is dependent on the cash you made from earning bitcoin. The moment you convert bitcoin into cash, the amount of tax will be assessed from the value it was converted.

Bitcoin as what it is, and whoever may be its owner, any dispute relating to it can never be put into court. As a whole, the use of bitcoin is not yet generally accepted by most of the countries in the world, resulting to any dispute within it unresolvable. If bitcoin goes down, it goes down, without any person have legal remedies on it.

Re: Why Banks are attacking Bitcoin ?
by

on 15/07/2018, 02:55:35 UTC
Banks does not exactly hate Bitcoin is itself. What the banks hate is how the crypto world works and these includes how bitcoin transactions are made. But bitcoin cannot defeat a fiat currency use by banks, unless the use of bitcoin is legalize in that country. In that instance, there would really be competition on the popularity of bitcoin and the banks.

In my opionion, it does not matter which country is the most supportive on the rise of cryptocurrency. What matters is that these countries are supporting it and by doing so they are helping the crypto community to be more popular and to be more accepted by other countries. After all what is important is that the use of cryptocurrency gains more popularity, and it does not matter how it became popular.

Re: Are Bitcoin Casinos Legal ?
by

on 15/07/2018, 02:45:15 UTC
A crypto casino or and ordinary casino would be illegal if the law of the country where you play prohibits it. Whether you use cryptocurrency or fiat money for betting is not the essential element for it to be illegal, what important is that, the law of the country where you played casino prohibits the playing of casiono.

Re: Can human stupidity affect the movement of the market?
by

News was created to give information to people about what's happening to our local, national or international community. Therefore, showing news about crypto would increase it popularity or would even curtail its popularity depending on the image which it is presented on the news. Therefore, news had a enormous effect on the movement of the cypto market.

Agree na Agree talaga ako dito kababayan. Unless kilala mo yung nagmamanage ng pero mo, it is better to manage your own money nalang dito sa crypto world. Cheesy

Re: Do you think Bitcoin can ruin a Country?
by

I think that there are many ambiguous arguments here. If bitcoin were to become a currency of a specific country even if not(in case were they only legalize the use of bitcoin), it is in the power of the government of that country to impose tax on it, therefore, losing its untaxable character.

Bitcoin is like a utopia for money launderer's. Because of the one of the characteristics of bitcoin which able your transactions not to be traced back, I think this is the main reason why it is susceptible to money laundering.

Well. If Bitcoin would be legalize it is in the governments power to make law which will require us to give information of our identity through transactions in the cryptocurreny and we can do nothing about it, whether we like it or not. Therefore it is better to be in favor to avoid conflicts of interest.

Re: Government on legalising bitcoins
by
lokanot0
on 10/07/2018, 00:11:54 UTC
Most countries are already legalizing bitcoin. If we look it in a good way, legalizing bitcoin would improve a country's economic system because of the large revenue the government may benefit on from imposing tax on it. The sad truth is that, some would still avoid to pay this taxes or if taxes are paid the government officials would just embezzle the money for their own benefit.
