Quick question, almost all pools pay out directly to the wallet automatically once the minimum payment amount is reached right?

So I was thinking about starting mining Monero on my machines soon, thing is, I don't know which pool to use.

I was thinking about MinerGate but they don't payout directly to the wallet, so I thought about MoneroPool but I don't know why I am having connection issue to it from multiple networks.
