I'm buying ripple, 1 USD for 800 XRP.

Msg me for details and for links to my positive trader feedback. I'm definitely open to sending first if you have good feedback too.

I've had my verified paypal account for 12 years, I have 100% ebay feedback.  I'm fine with meeting in person if you live in Texas.

Thanks!

Ditch the CPU, RAM, DVD, HDD.
Get a sempron 140 - uses about 50-60 less watts (if underclocked to 800mhz).  $35 shipped
Source free ram, dvd, hdd from other computers. $free
You can go with a cheaper mobo if you don't want latest features (i've seen some dual PCI-e for $59 shipped.
Upgrade later after you are done mining, parts will be cheaper in the future too.

MSI 870-G45

Inexpesive, works good.....

Am I looking at it wrong? The MSI 870-G45 looks like it only has 3 total PCIe. Only two of which full size so the third would need an extension, right?

Portable AC units?
by
lonestar
on 25/05/2011, 18:05:50 UTC
Has anyone ever tried cooling their PC with a portable AC unit? The problem is I have a hot house and it is pointless running the central AC lower than 85F. If I managed to find a portable AC that didn't consume too much wattage, it wouldn't be a waste because it would help cool the house too... Thoughts?

So crossfire is kinda pointless for mining. I might just get a 5850 for my second card if I can find one. Thanks!

is it true you can't run the e6 in crossfire mode with a regular 5870 card? I'm not completely sure if a miner would want crossfire support or not though.

opinions: 5870 E6 any good?

I'm looking at getting a used computer with a SAPPHIRE HD5870 2GB GDDR5 (Eyefinity 6 Edition).
http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/?psn=0001&pid=332&lid=1

I need some honest opinions. is it worth it? Would it be worth getting a second one to run crossfire? Or should I sell the card and buy two regular 5870's? Like these: http://amzn.com/B002QEBGG0

Thanks Yall.
