Hi, I'm looking for any account linked to a virtual visa or mastercard that can be top up with crypto (wirex, revolut, bitpay or others), verified, that works worldwide or mostly western countries and with no emulators.

Only with trusted escrow from bitcointalk.

Selling Visa Virtual Card 1000 usd valid only in US

Hi, I'm selling a visa virtual card starting 4343 40 of 1000 usd value.
Giving it for 850 usd worth of btc, eth or xmr.

I can't use it because it is valid only in US.

Only via bitcointalk trusted escrow.
