I don't think they rent them out. Why would you? It makes you money from running it, more than you would make renting one out.

Technically you could, but it wouldn't be worth it. You wouldn't get the same efficiency with it that you get on bitcoin.

Gigabyte 7870. I can get 350MH. I haven't overclocked so I could probably get a bit more.
