They are both good when it comes to cryptocurrency business, but if I will choose which of that two are better it's simply bitcoin is the most to own for a long period of time, because some of tokens now are same to be a form of temporary when it comes to their market value because mostly tokens are dropping their price value regularly, unlike bitcoin price that rise and blooms regularly.

Actually this time is big chance to invest in altcoins, because mostly all altcoins now are having a very cheap of price value, so therefore we can only invest even a small capital, and if something there are some forms of capital losses, we lost only on a very small amount. But if those cheap altcoins we invested luckily grows their market price value so we can earn a lots of profits. So it is good to invest now and hold until market price grows.

ICO's great especially to those people who needs extra income, but it is not totally big income, but atleast earning extra income, but earning on ICO's business are not easy, it needs also a time and effort to qualify the required number of post in order to have a contributions of stakes at the end of the campaign.
