I emailed BitInstant a few days ago about having funds sent to a wrong mtgox account # and got a reply from Rachel. I was able to contact Mt. Gox to freeze the funds in the wrong account, and they now ask that you guys contact them for further action, but I haven't heard from Rachel or anyone since then. If you could follow up on those emails asap that would be great.
