I have tried Stake.com, Sportsbet.io and Bitsler.com without KYC and fast withdrawal but the withdrawals I have made is less than $1000 which I don't think would be eligible to ask for KYC but since all of them are licensed I'm pretty sure that if you win big amount of money/crypto you will need to undergo KYC verification, I think it's mandatory to avoid money laundering.

I think if you don't deposit, place bet and win big amount they will never ask you KYC. This is just my own experience.
