So I got paid my btc withdrawal, it took around 3 weeks to process which is not a healthy indicator for an exchange, maybe
the owner can explain what is going on?, why some withdrawals go on error status and take so long to process?.

I've lost some xbc on the cryptopia "hack",  the current exchanges where xbc is listed are lame maybe we can put xbc on a decentralised exchange?

calculating the coin supply from coinmarketcap 1 year ago was 100800 coins vs 114400 current, that's a 13.5% increase , for the previous year was a 16%, so is usually less than 20%

Poloniex is a very sh1tty exchange, its very obvious they pumped XBC a couple of weeks ago just to dump their remaining stack on their users before delisting

if you are planning on holding for long term (up to a few years)  then yes you can buy now, it wouldn't surprise me if bitcoin reaches 4k or 5k this year and by around the next halving will be at 10k+!
