Also, how would it be possible to know exactly how much business comes from btctalk? Theoretically you can track the referrers from a website, but if the link is copy and pasted or manually typed then it is impossible to know.
Even if only a small percentage of the business comes free here, I am willing to bet that people coming from this forum bet more on average per user then a random person finding the website on Google.

While that's an insane amount for a small nuisance, compared to the ridiculous number of annoying robocalls people do not sue about the amount is nothing.

Most countries these days are on a path towards this same thing, even super powers like the United States.
Countries seem to have no problem taking on huge debts they have no reasonable chance of paying off, and create currency backed by nothing. When individuals run their finances like a government they quickly go bankrupt. Why should it be any different for an entire country?
