Hey guys,
I've recently got interested in bitcoin (I started doing it AGES ago when it was new and fresh but sadly i gave up on it and now i'm kicking myself.) ATM I'm running Nicehash, as I've only got my little laptop.
After the boss finally got a power bill from the black hole she calls a filing system, i worked out that my little hobby is still profitable on several levels.
Basically I'm coming into some money shortly and I'm looking at taking the next step up with my hobby, but am tossing around with if i should make a GPU rig or an ASIC.
I LOVE the Nicehash program and i think there was another one called Multiminer as well (Would run more than one GPU), but the raw power of the ASIC.
If you had 3k what would you do? ASIC or GPU rig? (Would try look at/consider a noise proof case and running water cooling on the cards to dull out some noise and use it as a Media server/Torrent box)

Some say asic is good for mining and earn more profits. I can't tell you about asic i haven't tried it but when you could get second hand graphics card from your country you just save 20-30% of the original price like what i did before

How many graphics card you have? I'm also a miner of zec and i currently using nvidia gtx 1080.

Hello i would suggest you must upgrade your graphics card first.
If you have enough money i prefer gtx 1080ti or gtx 1070ti.
The more gpu you have the more earnings you got.
I wanna know how many years bitcoin can exist, because what if i invest a big amount and the bitcoin will go to shutdown or going to close a blockchain system. This is my concern.
Nobody can tell, it depends on people who believe in btc. As long as many of us are keep holding and no doubt btc still exist

no scam here imo. Dev just getting started, will release whitepaper within next week or so. Even if it was a scam developer is not gonna dump until this coin gets pumped to .25-.30 anyway. Might as well buy cheap now.
