Have you violated some terms? Or they do ask out for some verification for you to be able to withdraw? I havent checked out the site but i have check their KYC policy.

I was able to get a deposit bonus. I had to go into bonus area and activate it.



Small review since I have had a couple hours to try the site out.

Deposit was delayed apparently due to, "SegWit transactions does take longer to be credited due to a lower fees used once transaction is sent." Ended up taking 2 confirms. I messaged support since the deposit wasn't even showing on my transactions page after 1 confirm hit and this was their answer. So I think they are having issues detecting transactions.

Once I deposited I was able to activate the bonus, but the progress bar didn't update at all. No clue where I was and support was no help. Just told me it's usually fast and will update. After a little over an hour with no update I just said screw it and bet bigger than I was and busted. No biggie, but I would like to see the progress bar issue fixed.

I am from the USA so I was semi excited to see the NO KYC in the announcement post and I was able to login to the site without a vpn on, but no games worked. I turned on a VPN from multiple countries and couldn't get Pragatic games to play. Wouldn't allow from my jurisdiction. Messaged support and they told me clear cookies and try Germany. Unfortunately that also didn't work. Was only able to play Hacksaw and Play n go. More providers may have worked but I only tried Hacksaw, Play n go, Playson, and Pragmatic.

Overall I would rate the casino 5/10 as things just didn't work properly. Have to expect that with a new casino but hopefully they will get things fixed. I'll check em out in the future and maybe get a better 2nd impression.
